The Desert Pipes game does not require user registration, sign-up, or the collection of directly identifying personal information such as name or email address. However, we utilize third-party services that automatically collect and process certain non-personal data for analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.

- Identifiers: Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID), and IP address.

- Diagnostics and Performance Data: Information related to the App’s performance, including crash logs, diagnostic data, and other performance metrics.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We use third-party service providers to enable certain functions and monetize the App. These providers act as independent data controllers or processors and may share your collected data with other partners for their business purposes. The data is collected and encrypted in transit (using TLS/HTTPS).
3.1. Google AdMob and Unity Ads (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob and Unity Ads to serve advertisements. These services collect and share Identifiers, Approximate location, and Usage Data for the following purposes:
- To serve personalized and contextual advertisements.
- To measure the effectiveness and performance of the advertisements.
- To prevent fraudulent activity and ensure compliance.

3.2. Firebase Analytics (Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics (a service provided by Google) to understand how users interact with our App, allowing us to improve the user experience and identify performance issues. This service collects and processes Identifiers, Usage Data, and Diagnostics.
- To perform App Analytics and better understand user engagement.
- To monitor and report on Crash logs and performance diagnostics.
Data Collected: Identifiers, App activity, Crash logs, and Diagnostics for Analytics and Developer communications.
4. User Choices and Data Rights
Since we do not collect or store directly identifiable personal information, we do not offer a direct mechanism to access or modify your game data. However, you have control over the advertising data collected by your device:
- Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can typically control and opt out of interest-based advertising by resetting your device’s Advertising ID in your Android device Settings (usually under Google > Ads).
- Data Deletion Request: For the device-level data collected by our advertising partners, you must utilize the opt-out mechanisms provided in your device settings or contact the third-party providers directly.
